You can start by constructively reviewing other people's songs, specifically who have a similar following size to you. Kinda the same as twitter. It's slow but it helps! Posting in the forums too, or on news posts. Keep in mind you want to stay in the same niche. Over time you will grow if you're consistent and don't worry about how many followers you have :)
